- Robotics and coding classes
- Workshops and training programs

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice.
3. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to register
- Parents or legal guardians must register on behalf of minors
- By registering a child, you confirm that you are authorised to do so
4. Registration and Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep login details secure
- Notify us of any unauthorised use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse occurs.
5. Payments
Payment Provider
All payments are securely processed via PayFast.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before any order or booking is confirmed
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party systems.
We do not store your card or banking details.
6. Online Orders (Books & Materials)
Order Processing
- Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled by us.
7. Delivery
Courier
We use The Courier Guy for deliveries.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities: 1–3 business days
- Outlying areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect information
Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
8. Classes and Participation
Participants agree to:
- Behave respectfully
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Not disrupt sessions
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these rules without refund.
9. Media Consent
By enrolling in our programs or attending events, you (as a parent/guardian) grant TRCA Robotics and Coding permission to:
- Take photographs and videos during classes, workshops, and events
- Use such media for:
- Marketing materials
- Social media
- Website content
We will not publish sensitive personal information without consent.
Opt-Out
If you do not wish for your child to appear in media:
- Please notify us in writing at suzanne@trca.co.za
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Books
- Course materials
- Website content
…is the property of TRCA Robotics and Coding and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Participation in classes and use of products is at your own risk
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including POPIA.
13. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers, including:
- Payment processors (PayFast)
- Courier services (The Courier Guy)
We are not responsible for their policies or performance.
